Ubi Sunt se integra en la colección La Otra Dimensión como una profunda exploración de los estados del alma y los procesos internos de la mente humana. En esta pieza, el cuerpo y el objeto abandonan su función cotidiana para transformarse en símbolos de impermanencia y vacuidad; un piano que se desvanece y una mano que sostiene la calidez de un fruto actúan como metáforas de la conciencia frente al paso del tiempo. La obra da forma visual a lo intangible, utilizando una paleta de grises y una composición fragmentada para representar ese espacio psíquico donde la realidad material pierde su peso.
 
A través de la técnica mixta, las figuras se construyen como umbrales donde lo tangible se disuelve y lo esencial aflora. El relieve matérico, que evoca una geografía emocional rugosa y profunda, contrasta con la fragilidad del dibujo para señalar el punto exacto de la transformación interna. Ubi Sunt no es solo una pregunta por lo que se ha ido, sino una invitación a habitar ese territorio de la mente donde la forma se desdibuja y solo permanece la esencia de la experiencia humana.

Ubi Sunt is part of The Other Dimension collection as a profound exploration of the states of the soul and the internal processes of the human mind. In this piece, the body and the object abandon their everyday function to become symbols of impermanence and emptiness; a fading piano and a hand holding the warmth of a fruit act as metaphors for consciousness in the face of the passage of time. The work gives visual form to the intangible, using a palette of greys and a fragmented composition to represent that psychic space where material reality loses its weight.
 
Through mixed media technique, the figures are constructed as thresholds where the tangible dissolves and the essential emerges. The textured relief, evoking a rough and profound emotional geography, contrasts with the fragility of the drawing to mark the precise moment of inner transformation. Ubi Sunt is not only a question about what has vanished, but also an invitation to inhabit that territory of the mind where form fades away and only the essence of human experience remains.
