El Peso del Vacío, 2025

En esta obra, la artista ejecuta un gesto que trasciende la representación figurativa para abrir una fisura hacia el inconsciente. La pieza se construye a través de una tensión dialéctica entre dos planos: una serenidad formal geométrica (o estructural) y el avance de una pintura líquida que, al fluir, registra la cronología de su propio movimiento.
 
Esta técnica de vertido y goteo no es azarosa; es la materialización del vacío. Aquí, el vacío deja de ser una ausencia para adquirir gravedad, manifestándose como una presencia latente en la condición humana.

In this work, the artist executes a gesture that transcends figurative representation to open a fissure into the unconscious. The piece is built upon a dialectical tension between two planes: a formal, geometric serenity and the progression of liquid paint that, in its flow, registers the chronology of its own movement.
 
This pouring and dripping technique is far from accidental; it is the materialization of the void. Here, emptiness ceases to be an absence and acquires gravity, manifesting as a latent presence within the human condition.
