It captures the instant in which identity reveals itself through a gaze.
The fluidity of the painting, through its transparencies and textures, creates a space in which forms emerge, overlap and fade away, evoking the impermanence of matter. Within the dialogue between reality and emptiness, what is recognisable becomes a partial manifestation of who we are.
