Esta obra es un collage que fusiona imágenes de gran carga poética, inspiradas en el poema de Mario López del Grupo Cántico, en el que imagina cómo hablarán de él en el futuro.
 
En la obra se muestra la imagen de un Renault, similar al que él tenía y al que llamaba "Cuatro Latas", junto a uno de sus cuadros protagonizado por la torre de Bujalance, el pueblo donde vivió. Estas imágenes se combinan con fragmentos de las pinturas de Hernández Quero, evocando la belleza de los campos que Mario López describía en sus poemas.
 
La obra refleja una reflexión sobre la memoria, la existencia y el paso del tiempo, otorgando especial importancia a los sentimientos de agradecimiento y perdón.
 
Mario era así… dirás cuando ya pase
mucho tiempo y yo esté sabe Dios dónde.
- Mario decía…o -Mario hubiera hecho..
Pensarás cuando yo no exista acaso
y otros soles distintos nos alumbren
a ti y a mi -más crudos o mas dulces…

This artwork is a collage that merges images with a strong poetic charge, inspired by the poem of Mario López from the Cántico Group, in which he imagines how people will speak of him in the future.
