Cartas de Niñas, 2024

De la serie Infancia, en esta obra se muestra a una niña que parece habitar un espacio suspendido entre el ensueño y la memoria. El edificio a su espalda y el lema “Bostezo, luego existo” simboliza los límites y normas en los que crece un niño. Se trata de una reflexión poética sobre el mundo interior infantil, que no siempre está pleno de felicidad.

From the series Childhood, this piece depicts a young girl who seems to inhabit a space suspended between daydream and memory. The building behind her and the phrase “I yawn, therefore I exist” symbolize the boundaries and rules within which a child grows up. It is a poetic reflection on the inner world of childhood, which is not always filled with happiness.
