Right of return

I accept returns of original works within 14 calendar days after receipt of the order, for both national and international shipments.

If you decide to return a work because it does not meet your expectations, you can exercise your right of return as long as the work is in perfect condition, without signs of use or handling, and is kept in its original packaging.

Shipping costs arising from the return, as well as any customs fees, taxes or duties, will be borne by the buyer.

 

Damaged works or incidents

If the artwork arrives damaged during transport or you receive a different piece than the one purchased, please contact me within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Once the issue has been reviewed, a full refund of the amount paid will be offered or, if appropriate, an alternative solution, at no additional cost to the buyer.

 

Return conditions

For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

• Request a refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

• Return the artwork in its original packaging.

• Include the certificate of authenticity, where applicable, and any other items delivered with the work.

• The work must be in the same condition as when it was received, without damage, alterations, restorations or modifications.

Once the artwork has been received and it has been verified that it meets these conditions, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

 

Exclusions

No returns will be accepted for:

• Works made to order or personalized.

• Works that have been altered, restored, manipulated or permanently framed after delivery.

• Applications submitted after the legal period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
