El Ganso, 2024

En esta obra titulada El Ganso se combinan el collage y la pintura gestual, generando una narrativa visual poética y simbólica. El texto impreso en la parte inferior: “Diversos modos de hacer el animal en la vida y en las obras” convierte a la obra en un ensayo plástico sobre el instinto y la necesidad humana de crear arte.
 
La gran cabeza equina representa lo primitivo, mientras que la figura femenina es un ídolo clásico, anclada en un pedestal que evoca el artificio, el canon. Así mismo, Mickey Mouse introduce el elemento de lo pop, de la cultura de masas infiltrando el imaginario colectivo.
 
Esta obra no ofrece respuestas, pero abre una grieta por donde asomarse al misterio de lo inconsciente con humor, extrañeza y belleza.
